FAQ
- Check Your Email: Look in your inbox or spam folder for the meeting link. If you haven’t received it, please email us 24 hours before the session.
- Find a Quiet Space: Choose a peaceful, distraction-free place to connect. Keep in mind that distractions on your end can also affect the energy of the reading.
- Come Prepared with Questions: The more questions you bring, the more clarity you’ll gain.

Respect the Session: Tarot readings require focused energy to connect and bring through the messages you need. Please refrain from walking, taking calls, eating, smoking, driving, or engaging in other distractions during the session. To ensure the best experience for both of us, if I sense that the session is being interrupted or the energy is unfocused, I may need to end the session early. Please note that in such cases, the session will not be refundable.
- Be On Time: Please join the session at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the original time. Unfortunately, sessions cannot be extended.
- Refund & Cancellation:
- A refund will only be provided if you cancel 48 hours in advance.
- There are no refunds for same-day readings or if you book within 24 hours of the session.
- If you don’t show up within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, I will consider the session canceled, and no refund will be provided.
- Rescheduling:
- Rescheduling is available 24 hours in advance at no extra cost.
- If rescheduling occurs less than 24 hours before the session, a $20 fee will apply.
- If you want to reschedule during or less than 24 hours after I’m waiting in the waiting room for your session, a $40 rescheduling fee will apply.
- If more than 24 hours have passed since your original session, you will need to book a completely new session.
