Shipping & Returns
Cancellations/Refunds on Orders: We accept cancellation/refunds only within 24 hours of purchase. Please send us an email with your order number included at hello@moonbrewmagic.com and we can help you.
Cancellations/Refunds on Items: If you want to remove or swap something from your order, we accept cancellation/refunds only within 30 days of purchase. Please send us an email with your order number included at hello@moonbrewmagic.com and we can help you.
Customs: Our orders are shipped from Canada and international orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. *** These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.*** We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. MoonBrew Magic cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. MoonBrew Magic will not process any refunds on returning parcels that have been sent back initiated by the shipping company because customer refuses to pay potential custom clearance.
Returns: We do accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. If you have any problems with your order, please email us within 72 hours of receipt of shipment of your Moon Brew Magic order at hello@moonbrewmagic.com and include your order number. We will do our best to help you.
Reshipping Packages: If a package is sent back to us, we will message you to cover the cost of reshipping the package. If you do not want to cover the cost of shipping you will forfeit the package as returned packages are not an error on our part.
In the case that we do agree on a refund for whatever reason, we do need to physically receive the package with all items included and undamaged before we process the refund. Once we do receive the package please allow 3-5 business days to process the refund.
Lost/Delayed Packages: Please understand we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. We recommend reaching out to your local postal service and customs agency. We’re sorry for the inconvenience!
